But over that week he also found the strength necessary to fight back\u2026\u201d
\nThis is the beginning of the story of a company that has always been an emblem of quality, innovation, and strength. It was the creation of Brunetto Targioni, who, at the beginning of WWII, was insightful enough to convert the production of straw hats into cotton and wool textiles and yarns, soon becoming a landmark for tailors and artisans alike.<\/p>\n

When Brunetto passed in 1953, the business went to his fifth son, Franco, President of the company to this day. Under his resourceful lead, textiles became the symbol of a different historic era. In the previous century, leaves were hand woven; now this process becomes industrialized, skillfully modifying the looms to mimic human gestures. It is the evolution of the ancient art of straw weaving and slubbing: the production process is mechanized, obtaining ever varied, resistant, and flawless woven products.<\/p>\n

In the \u201870s, crowning two decades of intense growth, the company became a joint-stock company; the new generations become part of the company and new plants begin producing new woven materials: customized jacquard lining, sailcloth, and innovative woven leather fabrics today make Ta-Bru S.p.A. a leading company in the field of fabrics for luxury leather goods.<\/p>\n
